How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach Singleworldwide Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • A call or message with Singleworldwide Floor Coating that went poorly
  • How we used or protected your personal data
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, raise it with the provider first. Put it in writing and keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your report helps us keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Still, Singleworldwide Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or speak for a provider.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@singleworldwide.homes and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What We Do Next

We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
