How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider. They run their own business. They are not part of Singleworldwide Floor Coating. We pass your request to a provider in our network who serves your area. After that, you deal with them directly.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider size up the job.

  • Where is the floor? A garage, a basement, or a patio?
  • About how big is it, in square feet?
  • Is the concrete new or old? Is it cracked or stained?
  • Does water or damp show up in wet months?
  • What look do you want? Plain, flaked, or one of the custom floor finishes?

Photos can help. So can a quick visit.

Questions to Ask the Provider

You are the one hiring. Ask what matters to you.

  • What does the quote include? Prep, materials, and cleanup?
  • How do you fix cracks and prep the slab?
  • How many days will the job take, and when can we use the space again?
  • What can I expect if damp rises through the concrete?
  • Do you carry the license and insurance this job needs?
  • What happens if the coating peels? Get the answer in writing.

Also ask about timing. A busy home needs a clear plan. Ask which days are noisy. Ask when the fumes fade. Ask when cars can return.

The Decision Is Yours

You do not have to say yes. Compare more than one quote if you like. Look at what each one covers, not just the total. Quote in writing, always. Take your time.
